Warranty claim denied by Urban Spot

On October 29, 2017, I signed up for Urban Spot's technical assistance at their South Meagan, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $580.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gaston N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
