On July 2, 2016, I signed up for Advisory, Advisory & Group LLC's delivery service at their Kochview, New York location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $701.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stan M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
