Misleading advertising by The Value Goods Rio de Janeiro

I purchased a application from The Value Goods Rio de Janeiro on December 26, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Isai O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
