I am writing regarding order #ORD-9429-JAW-3406 placed with TechBot on September 16, 2023. I paid $44.35 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Malvina Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
