I want to report a serious concern with Fusion-Cloud Ltd.'s account that I purchased on November 4, 1979 from your Chazport, Connecticut store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vida J., but my issue remains unresolved.
