On February 7, 1990, I signed up for Bazaar Direct's technical assistance at their North Jarvishaven, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $81.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Walton K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
