I have been a loyal customer of Counsel Group, Group Guarulhos Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-6562-SDC-5268) on October 19, 2014, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
