I am writing regarding order #ORD-3776-HOE-4749 placed with Counsel Group, Group Guarulhos Ltd. on May 14, 1996. I paid $223.92 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maye Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
