Unresolved issue with NanoNexus Robotics International product

On February 14, 1982, I signed up for NanoNexus Robotics International's warranty service at their East Audra, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $29.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Royal F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
