I am writing regarding order #ORD-4693-GKB-6060 placed with CloudLab Dynamics LLC on May 10, 2020. I paid $423.69 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jackie X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
