Frustrated with Tech-Code Holdings's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Tech-Code Holdings's appliance that I purchased on April 8, 1999 from your Vadaton, Georgia store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Judd N., but my issue remains unresolved.
