Study Training Class refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9951-FXY-4335 placed with Study Training Class on November 22, 2010. I paid $918.47 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kaylah C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
