Fast Buy failed to honor their commitment

On December 17, 1994, I signed up for Fast Buy's warranty service at their Jerdechester, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $476.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Luella Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
