I am writing regarding order #ORD-4403-TDW-8531 placed with Secure-Byte Holdings on March 29, 1970. I paid $608.36 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Virgie I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
