I have been a loyal customer of Artisan & Delight for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-3936-MZE-3318) on July 23, 1971, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
