Frustrated with Living Services's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Living Services's solution that I purchased on May 5, 2007 from your Kenyonchester, Kentucky store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Carlie Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
