I want to report a serious concern with DigitalLogic Solutions's software that I purchased on November 17, 2009 from your North Toni, Maryland store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Maryjane Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
