I am writing regarding order #ORD-9376-AEL-4620 placed with Savory & Appetite Seville on September 20, 1992. I paid $850.78 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rogelio V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
