Frustrated with Rights Team LLC's lack of response

On February 10, 2001, I signed up for Rights Team LLC's support package at their Lake Gaylemouth, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $727.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emmett S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
