I purchased a equipment from Knowledge Advancement Class Málaga on August 23, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kathryn Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
