Prime Housing failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Prime Housing's platform that I purchased on March 24, 2006 from your North Kaleigh, Washington store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vella H., but my issue remains unresolved.
