False promises made by Quality Shop Avenue Enterprises representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3969-UYR-6186 placed with Quality Shop Avenue Enterprises on February 22, 2005. I paid $722.24 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Edward E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
