I want to report a serious concern with Quality Shop Avenue Enterprises's solution that I purchased on April 29, 1970 from your East Emanuel, Vermont store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Casey P., but my issue remains unresolved.
