Warranty claim denied by Mega Depot

I purchased a gadget from Mega Depot on October 16, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dameon Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
