I am writing regarding order #ORD-9929-BGE-1913 placed with The Essential Diagnostic Associates Ltd. on September 21, 1996. I paid $526.46 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bernice Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
