I have been a loyal customer of Integrated Health Center for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-3751-XTY-8635) on September 10, 2006, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
