False promises made by Modern Care representative

On July 12, 2006, I signed up for Modern Care's customer support at their Lindsayton, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $839.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arely Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
