Delayed delivery from Spice & Kitchens

On April 19, 1995, I signed up for Spice & Kitchens's return process at their New Lisandro, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $96.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Betsy T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
