I want to report a serious concern with Advocate Counsel Manchester's product that I purchased on June 6, 1994 from your Frederikfort, Hawaii store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ruben C., but my issue remains unresolved.
