Advocate Counsel Manchester failed to honor their commitment

On December 4, 2022, I signed up for Advocate Counsel Manchester's support package at their West Keven, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $710.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, London V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
