False promises made by Balance Path Enterprises representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9522-OOW-1798 placed with Balance Path Enterprises on December 14, 2000. I paid $355.14 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Edythe W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
