Delayed delivery from Properties Consultants Enterprises

On March 31, 2015, I signed up for Properties Consultants Enterprises's support package at their Velvafurt, Washington location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $257.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lexie H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
