I am writing regarding order #ORD-8131-WON-9085 placed with Hospital Network Group on February 16, 2008. I paid $34.18 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brooklyn Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
