I have been a loyal customer of Hospital Network Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-7902-PON-6381) on November 15, 1983, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
