False promises made by Space of Golden Inc. representative

On January 9, 2016, I signed up for Space of Golden Inc.'s customer support at their Port Ryley, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $76.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alexandra T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
