Software glitches with Micro Cloud International product

On June 9, 2021, I signed up for Micro Cloud International's setup assistance at their Mannmouth, Maine location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $587.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alden F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
