Billing dispute with Micro Cloud International

On January 26, 1991, I signed up for Micro Cloud International's maintenance program at their North Rexstad, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $28.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dayana L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
