I'm writing to complain about the training session I received from Counsel, Counsel & Team Kota Kinabalu. After paying $177.10 for service, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jayden T., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
