Billing dispute with Counsel Associates, Associates Holdings

I purchased a package from Counsel Associates, Associates Holdings on April 25, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Twila Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
