Billing dispute with Intellect Studies of Education Dortmund

On March 9, 1989, I signed up for Intellect Studies of Education Dortmund's warranty service at their North Anneburgh, Maine location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $852.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pete Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
