Warranty claim denied by Dining & Bistros Ltd.

On August 31, 2017, I signed up for Dining & Bistros Ltd.'s technical assistance at their Port Rupertberg, Montana location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $588.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elouise K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
