I have been a loyal customer of Dining & Bistros Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-5089-GME-6749) on April 14, 2004, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
