Misleading advertising by Defender Consulting Counsel

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1234-DAX-3205 placed with Defender Consulting Counsel on May 2, 1979. I paid $755.71 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delmer W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
