False promises made by Well Physicians Alliance representative

On December 8, 2012, I signed up for Well Physicians Alliance's installation service at their Marquardtside, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $209.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Doyle M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
