On March 13, 2003, I signed up for IntegratedMedical's premium plan at their North Freida, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $420.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vance K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
