Overcharged by Summit Institute Minds for service

On February 16, 2007, I signed up for Summit Institute Minds's training session at their Foresthaven, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $273.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amiya J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
