False promises made by Estates & Solutions representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8795-ZEB-2382 placed with Estates & Solutions on May 1, 1974. I paid $462.78 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lavada Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
