Software glitches with Logic Ventures International product

On October 13, 2004, I signed up for Logic Ventures International's technical assistance at their Rennerbury, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $406.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Karelle Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
