I am writing regarding order #ORD-7220-LUD-9115 placed with Prime Store Portland International on January 8, 2007. I paid $167.35 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Davion O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
