Unresolved issue with Life Team Holdings product

On October 30, 2004, I signed up for Life Team Holdings's troubleshooting service at their New Mohammad, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $174.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jodie R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
